Return & exchange

The return of items from the ACTUELLE collection (excluding sales) is free for France and Belgium .
A prepaid return voucher will be sent to you by email on request at the following address:
ladressecorte@orange.fr or on our Instagram account @ladressecorte_shop.

The return of sale items is accepted, and will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

We recommend the return by Mondial Relay which is the most economical, please select the Mondial Relay point
“AUTOUR DE BÉBÉ”, 20250 Corte.

We will make upon receipt, an exchange, a refund, or a credit note valid for 1 year in store or on the online site according to the customer's wishes.

The refund of the returned item (excluding delivery costs of the initial order) will be made within 7 days of receipt of the item, on the initial means of payment (Credit card, Paypal or Alma via Credit card as part of payment in installments).

In the event that the item is returned without the original packaging (box/pouch) or worn/dirty/damaged, no refund will be made .

Regarding items in the ARCHIVES/OUTLET category, returns are accepted at the customer's expense, under the same conditions mentioned above.
