Payment in installments with Alma.
If you pay for your order in installments, you accept Alma's general customer conditions as well as Alma's special conditions for customers of SARL L'ADDRESS CHAUSSURES. Payment in 2x or 3x free of charge with ALMA is free.

Delivery will be made to the address indicated when ordering.

Deliveries in France are made by Colissimo La Poste with signature (€7.90), Mondial Relay (€4.90), Relais Pick up (€6.50), Chronopost (€17.90) within the following deadlines:

Shipping times:

From 24 to 48 hours (working days).

Delivery times:

Metropolitan France: 48h/72h (working days), Mondial Relay 5-8 working days.

Regarding CORSICA, delivery by MONDIAL RELAY can take up to 8 working days, because the sorting center is located in Marseille.

European Union: 4 to 8 days depending on the country.

Rest of the world: 5 to 12 days depending on the country.

The customer can also choose to pick up his order at the store, this option is free.

Withdrawal:

In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code: "The consumer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days after his purchase, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of return costs. The consumer can derogate from this deadline in case he cannot move and where simultaneously he would need to call upon an immediate service and necessary to his conditions of existence. In this case, he would continue to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

These provisions are also applicable during sales periods and for products on promotions, good deals, etc. On the other hand, they are not applicable to contracts concluded with professional Customers or acting in a professional capacity.

Returns and exchanges: within 30 days

We accept the return on part of the current collection (and Sales) outside the OUTLET category within 30 days.

All you have to do is send your request by email. Afterwards, we will send a return slip. Returns are free except on sale items.

On sale items, the return will be at the customer's expense. We recommend the return by Mondial Relay which is the most economical. Please return to the Mondial Relais point "AROUND BÉBÉ" 20250 Corte.

We make the refund to the initial means of payment within 7 days of receipt of the package.

If withdrawal , the customer is subject to the return at his own expense. The entire order will be refunded to the payment method used when ordering (excluding shipping costs).

Items in the OUTLET/LAST CHANCE category older than one season cannot be returned or exchanged.
